Important login update: Please note that as of Dec. 8, 2025, users must create a new password to access their account.

If you already have an account with CTY:

• Enter your email address as your username. Please type it exactly as it appeared when you created your CTY account.
• Click “Forgot Password”
• Follow the steps to create a new password

Once you have successfully created your new password, you can use it to log in to the MyCTY family portal as usual.
